Hi everyone!I hope you're having a great day. Today's card is for a friend of mine that I have been praying for for a while now. She's very special to me and had a death in the family. I just want to show her that I care still. People tend to forget and move on and with death sometimes you can't if you're the wife or mom or whatever, ya know? So, anyway...
The card also fits in with this week's The Play Date Cafe challenge:
The challenge was to use black, white, and then a splash of color. We could pick from copper, gold, or pink. I chose this copper paper that I have had for a while and never had an opportunity to do so. But now I do! Woopee..lol. Here is my creation....
Here is a close up of the copper paper:
Cool, huh? :)
Well, that's it..have a great rest of your weekend. They are over far too soon!
Stamps: Notes of Prayer (Verve)
Card Stock: White, Black (papertrey)
Ink: Black (stampin up)
