Thinking of...cobbler?

Hi! I just cannot stay away from this color. Every day, it is the first color I reach for and then I make myself put it back.  Do you have colors like that?  I never have until I ran into Cherry Cobbler. No, I won't pretend that it is TOTALLY because of the color, cause I am a fiend for cherry pie and cobbler, but this color is just such a perfect red. Ahh..anywho, todays' card for the Mojo Monday *contest*. On the first Monday of every month, we stamp for prizes and not just fun. Check out the blog for more info!  Here is this week's sketch:

I decided to go really simple with my card. Here it is:

I love the way Soft Suede looks with this color. In my picture, it's more of an army green but in person it's more brownish. I added some labels 4, fancy ribbon, and a little bling and I was good to go! :)

Hope you guys are having a great week! Only a few more weeks until Thanksgiving! Woot! Laters...

Very pretty, Keva! Completely agree with you about Cherry Cobbler. It really is such a perfect, rich shade of red. Like how you paired it with Soft Suede for this card and that ribbon is gorgeous! :)

Pretty card,Keva! Speaking of cobbler, we had a peach and onion party at school in honor of the novel "Holes", which we are reading now. One of the kids brought in the *best* peach cobbler!! YUM!!

I love cherry pie, but hate the color red! (I'm so weird, really)
But this is lovely. The cream ribbon really adds wonderful contrast, and I like the green jewels in the corners too.

LOVE this!! I've been debating an order from Waltzingmouse, but I will crack sometime soon, I'm sure!
