Enjoy Verve!

Happy Friday! Woot...I love Fridays! Today especially because it is release day over at Verve Stamps! I am totally ready to shop, people. :)

Today I am showing you the last of the Verve sketches for their release week challenge. It's been so much fun participating in the sketches this week. They've all been really great! Here is the last of the sketches, which I flipped on its side:

And here is my card:

Earlier in the week when I saw the new Harvest Birds sneak peek, it reminded me that I had Black Tie Birdies that I had never used. It's such a cute set, so I thought I would break it out for this card! It was fun mixing all of the papers together and I love the calm patterns of the paper. I popped up the balloons and attached them with twine. I also made my first rolled flower! It's a puny little thing, but it was good to finally get one made. Now I can work on making better ones! :) Hope you like it. Laters!

Stamps: Black Tie Birdies (Verve)
Card Stock: Soft Suede, Vanilla (stampin up); Paper Studio patterned papers
Ink: Sage Shadow, Tim Holtz Frayed Burlap
Extras: Twine and mat stack 4  (papertrey); Pearls (stampin up)
