HB Friend...
Hi everyone. I have a splitting migraine tonight, so this will be short and sweet. I made this card for Mercy's sketch this week. I like how it turned out...a little busy, but cute still..lol.

I love how you did the focal point with some of the balloons "floating" outside of the circle. Great use of all the patterned paper, too!
