Wishes...

Hello everyone! Can I just stop and say how much I appreciate all of the love I have felt from you guys regarding my husband's deployment. You guys are just the best. Whether it was here on or facebook, I have really felt the love from y'all!

Anywho...on to my post. Today's card started off being masculine, but it snuck over to a more feminine side while I wasn't looking. :) I am using the colors from this weeks CR84FN challenge. The challenge colors were these:

And here is my card:

I love that Cosmo Cricket "Wanted" paper. It's got this cool bohemian cowboy feel to it that I like. It's funny how you think you have one style, but the more you stamp the more you discover other things that appeal to you. I think that's cool. Well, that's it from me tonight. Time to head to bed.  I hope you guys are safe and warm wherever you are. Whether it is floods in Australia, protesting in Cairo, fighting in the Middle East, snow in the States and on and on and on, there is just so much going on. It's good to have things like stamping to de-stress, am I right?  Take care you guys and thanks for stopping by!

Stamps: Time to celebrate a la mode (MFT)
Card Stock: Hawaiian Shores (papertrey); Early Espresso (su); Cosmo Cricket "Wanted"
Ink: Vintage Vanilla (papertrey)
Extras: Star Punch (Fiskars); grosgrain and buttons (papertrey)

LOL at how this mischievious little card changed from masuline to feminine when you weren't looking! I think it's a lovely card and would work for either, though! Love the stars and what a fun color combo to work with!
