Make A Wish..

Hi everyone! I hope you're all having a great week. Mine is good so far. It's been fast, so that's always welcome, right? :)

Today, I created a card with the ever fabulous Color Throwdown challenge colors.

Aren't the polka dots too cute?  I decided to go with a birthday card since it forever seems that I make them and yet, when I need them, they are nowhere to be found. Crazy, right?

So, here is the card I made:

Isn't it just cotton candy fun? I'm not usually the one for brights, but these are so rich and sweet that I could not resist. If it looks familiar to you, it's because I made a similar card a few weeks ago. I really love the layout and those cute little flowers!

Well, that's it from me. I hope you guys have a wonderful rest of the week. Laters...

Oh, what a pretty flower. I love the impressed woodgrain strip in the middle with the twine. It really sets off the fun paper you chose.

I have the same problem with cards too--great at makin' em....but never seem to have one around when I need it :) Your card is great....the flower is so soft looking along with the shading around your sentiment.
