So, in keeping with the festivities over at Papertrey, I decided to use one of the color schemes provided for today's contest.
This is the favorite of Lisa Johnson. I chose this one because these are colors that I don't normally use - especially red - and I thought it would be a nice change of pace. Who knows...red could become the next yellow for me. :)
Here is the card that I made for Alex:
All I can say is that I will totally use this color combo again. I love the way it all looks together. What do you think?
Stamps: Big Birthday Wishes (papertrey)
Card Stock: Spring Rain, Vanilla, Kraft (papertrey); dsp (su)
Ink: Bashful Blue, Real Red (su)

Gorgeous! I can't believe how you continually amaze. Surely you get tired and need a nap from always being so creatively on point? ;-) That flower is a whole lot of fun. It works fantastically with the stenciling of the Nestie. Beautiful card.
